Ok -
Bit of a late post, as I went to a Girls' Night Out (or in this case in). Gotta love gatherings where we all bring food/wine/etc., chill out, and chat. I didn't even have to drive - Yahoo!
So, the schedule today said to do something non-running, as in elliptical, yoga, or stretching. I chose to do an hour on an ArcTrainer and then work on crunches, abductors/gluts (I think that's what the machines are called). Nice change in pace.
Running w/kiddos in the am, may need to do a "real run" in the pm, we'll see.......
